Ceramic Fiber Rope
Ceramic fiber rope includes twisted rope, round braided rope and square braided rope. All are made from our high quality ceramic fiber material. They can be used for high temperature applications up to 2300 F. The rope is reinforced with fiberglass filament, and optional Inconel/alloy steel wire. Ceramic fiber textiles (cloth, tape and rope) contain a certain amount of binder material which is normally burned at lower temperature and does not affect the insulation property. The three different styles are designed to fit different application needs: Twisted rope is a soft rope, while square and round braid are more dense and solid.

Ceramic Fiber Textiles
Jiuhua Ceramic Fiber is alumino-silicate based refractory fiber, white and odorless. With a reinforcement carrier (usually high temperature fiberglass), the fiber is made into industrial textile products: Cloth, Tape, Twisted Rope, Square and Round Braid, Yarn, etc.
Jiuhua refractory materials resist temperature as high as 2300º F. This material is lightweight and has very low thermal conductivity. It provides excellent insulation at high temperature. It also resists corrosive chemicals, commonly used acid and alkali. The fiber is strong and abrasive. It can be used in extreme environments.it is a good substitute for asbestos products in many insulation and sealing applications.
